Can i cash a check made out to my husband?

My husband and I do not have joint back accounts, He has Wells Fargo which isnt located in our area, As far as we know we can use the Wacovia ATM but i am not sure if i can make a deposit through the ATM. He is out in field training, Can i cash his check at my local bank if he signed it already? (I have Bank Of America) Thanks in advance.Can i cash a check made out to my husband?
Yes, you should be able to cash his check at your bank. You will have to sign the back of the check with your name and you will probably have to deposit it into your account unless you all ready have enough money in your account to cover the check if it bounces. i believe he signs it on the back and you sign it on the back too and u can... I THINK...
i always deposited my husbands check but we had a joint account. i would say as long as he signs and you sign, you could deposit it in your account.
