How did you tell your husband/SO that you were pregnant?

And how did he react? Just curious to hear any entertaining stories or creative ways of telling the news.How did you tell your husband/SO that you were pregnant?
I took a test late one night after getting home from closing mcdonlds and my husband was asleep on the couch. I could not get him to wake up so i could tell him he would just go eerrrn errrn so i went Hey Honey I'm Pregnant! he fell off the couch and said what are you serious!How did you tell your husband/SO that you were pregnant?
I texted him. And he cried.


I felt pretty bad, but he had to know.


And then he didn't believe that the test was accurate, and made me take 7 more. And still didn't believe it then. He finally started to believe it when I got a blood test and had the papers from the hospital that said I was indeed pregnant!
send a pic of baby to his email or phone and be like ready for this in 9 months?

it is a poem that I will give each of them typed up on nice paper and framed, the poem is: I do not have a face to see, Or put inside a frame. I do not have soft cheecks to kiss, I don't yet have a name. You can't yet hold my tiny hands, Nor whisper in my ear. It's still too soon to sing a song, Or cuddle me so near. I've taken so many tests over the past year and a half when I thought I might be pregnant and have asked hubby ';do you see a faint line here?';. He's so tired of that question!





Anyway...last week I started testing on Tuesday at 8 dpo and getting really light lines but didn't say anything. At 11 dpo I took a First Response which came up faint pink, but it was there and I took a Clear Blue Digital that came up PREGNANT!! I called hubby and told him we needed to talk when he got home. When he pulled in the yard I put both tests in the pocket on my hoodie. He walked in and asked what we needed to talk about. So I pulled out the First Response and said ';well....what do you see?'; and he's like ';oh good grief! Not another line that's not a line!';. So I said ';well what about this one?'; and handed him the digital. All he did was look at it and say ';pregnant. what does that mean?'; LOL! I said ';duh I'm pregnant';!





Sorry, I thought it was hilarious!
I watched a video on Youtube; the girl made a scavenger hunt for him, and the final clue was a baby sock! It was so cute.
ok with my first we had just came home from diner and i realized that i haven't had any cramps and my period was due the next day so i ran in the bathroom and took a test and then told him to come and sea if he sea it like i do. and are second we had a miscarriage right before that one so we kind of wore there at the same time,
I hid in the bathroom for a minute and came out crying and giggling and then he jumped up and down when I showed him the positive test!
I sent him a picture in a text message of the positive pregnancy test lol
