Go through his cell and write her number down. Look for many calls to and from this number. Unless he immediately deletes them. You have her address, so why not drop her a line in the mail and ask her to call you. But I have to wonder, why are you tolerating this from your husband. You should look at your cell phone records (husbands) when they come in the mail and every number (outgoing and in) is there.
